Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, which is, unfortunately, impacting all our daily lives at work and home—we want to share with you what we at the Dive Pirates Foundation are doing to support the safety and well-being of the communities in which we live, and work.
We are following all recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC). This includes monitoring any changes to restrictions and regulations at both local and state levels. We will adjust our procedures accordingly.
In addition, we are following the dive industry’s recently adopted guidelines to include COVID-19 update-related information. We have updated all RTSC medical forms as part of our training activity and are still accepting new applications. Please know the process may be delayed and applicants will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis.
In order to best decrease the spread of COVID-19 and lower the impact, we strive to prevent transmission, maintain healthy operations, and maintain an overall healthy environment for volunteers and all of our Dive Pirates.
