Former Airman Mike Romanowski, USAF served in the military police while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. After his service completed his criminal justice associate’s degree and became a police officer. It was then that the first signs of MS started affecting him. Though it was not officially diagnosed until years later. Now affecting his left side, his recreational therapist encouraged him to get active, and he met a few pirates who mentioned scuba diving.
Vince Bastian was his buddy, and they both trained with Leon Craver of GR8 DIVN in Las Vegas, NV.
